Solstice Herb Walk to Support the Springbrook Community Garden


The fields and forests surrounding Springbrook are replete with plant medicine. Take an evening stroll and be surprised and delighted by the medicinal stories of the plant common to our area. Learn their medicine, how and when to harvest them and make medicine with them. Both the folklore and clinical research of several plants will be explored. Be ready to take a taste of wild medicine.
